When on cam, I’m often asked why my ball sack is so big. It’s caused by a benign and painless medical condition called a hydrocele – basically fluid leaks into my scrotum causing swelling – which I’m having surgically corrected in April 2022. My actual testicles are of a fairly normal size; they just happen to be ensconced in a ludicrously large package! I will likely be out of action for several weeks but will endeavor to keep this profile updated as to my healing progress. Before the operation, I hope to be on cam as often as possible.

FIRST UPDATE - April 22nd: Surgery seemed to go fairly well, and the healing process is ongoing. It turns out that the left side had a spermatocele, with the larger hydrocele being on the right side. Even at this early stage of healing (four days), it looks as if the left side was a success, but it’s too soon to tell with the right side. And, I’m hoping the surgical scar won’t end up being too bad (everything looks pretty awful at this stage – bruised and swollen). It might be quite a while before I can have any sex. I’m looking forward to being on cam again.

SECOND UPDATE - May 2nd: Two weeks in, I’m feeling much better, and things seem to be healing up pretty well. At this stage, I don’t think I’ll need to change my user name since, while not as big as before the surgery, my ball sack is still not exactly small. I hope I’ll be able to be on cam again soon and get your opinion!

THIRD UPDATE - May 11th: Well, at more than three weeks it looks like there’s both good news and bad news…. The good news is that I won’t have to change my user name any time soon; the bad news is that my surgery appears to have only been partially successful, as my left side is almost as large as it was before. Time to see the doctor again! (At least it doesn’t hurt anymore, so it's almost entirely healed.) I hope to be on cam, at least occasionally. I love watching you on your cams!

FINAL UPDATE – July 20th: The follow up procedure on the new, most unwelcome left-side hydrocele went as expected; we’ll see how long that lasts. At the moment, my balls are about as small as they’re going to get. The left side likely to fill up again, and it seems probable that further surgery will eventually be required to fix it.
